Pashtush offers a no-exchange, no-refund policy due to the handcrafted nature of our shawls. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.
How do I report a damaged or incorrect item?
Email us at pashtushpk@gmail.com, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll respond promptly to help resolve the situation.
Can I exchange a shawl for a different color or design?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges for different colors or designs. Please review all product details before purchase. Damaged or incorrect items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
What if I change my mind after placing an order?
Please contact us immediately—some orders may still be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
Since general returns are not accepted, shipping charges typically aren’t applicable. In the rare case of a defective or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by Pashtush.
